Subodh Vora is in practice since 1985 and has around 40 years of experience in professional practice in the field of chartered accountancy.
His major area of practice are in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Company Law, Taxation, etc. across industry spectrum consisting of Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Retail Industry, Iron & Steel, and Pharmaceuticals.
He is extensively involved in representing clients before Income Tax, Maharashtra Sales Tax authorities & GST authorities at various forums.
His areas of specialization are Maharashtra Value Added Tax, Goods & Service Tax, Audit, Tax structuring, Succession planning.
He has been also felicitated and awarded Best Group leader in intensive course organized by Sales Tax Practitioner's Association of Maharashtra - for the F.Y. 12-13 on the Topic "VAT on Builders"

Kush Vora started his career with KPMG in the field of Indirect Taxes and thereafter is a partner with the Firm S C Vora & Co. He has around 12 years of experience in the field of Indirect Tax.
He is currently handling Firm’s Indirect Tax practice. His core area of practice includes GST compliance, advisory & litigation.
He was an active member of various professional forums in Mumbai such as Chamber of Tax Consultants (‘CTC’) and Western India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘WIRC’).
He has been convener of IDT committee of CTC for 4 years in the past.
He has acted as a speaker, group leader at various professional bodies such as CTC, WIRC, CPE study circles, Residential Refresher Courses, etc. He was also empanelled as an expert involved on WIRC GST Helpdesk.
His articles on GST have been published in CA magazines such as Chambers Journal, GSTPAM journal, etc.

Bhakti Vora started her career with KPMG in the field of Private Equity and thereafter is a partner with the Firm S C Vora & Co. She has around 12 years of experience in professional practice in the field of chartered accountancy.
During her tenure in KPMG, she has assisted several private equity funds by providing alternative structures and advises for investment / divestment opportunities from Indian income-tax and regulatory perspective and implementing the feasible alternative.
She is currently handling Firm's Direct Tax & Audit practice. Her core area of practice includes income tax compliance, advisory & litigation. She is also handling Firm's Audit & Assurance practice
She is in charge of Firm's internal training and professional development of employees.

Mr. Piyush Gada
